Sandbox scope. The interactive per-tenant sandbox is provisioned on pilot activation, against a synthetic dataset scoped to the engaging organisation. This page sets out what the live sandbox demonstrates and the data constraint that governs it.
What the live sandbox walks
On pilot activation, the per-tenant sandbox walks a synthetic AI-assisted health workflow end-to-end against the Canada jurisdiction framework spine:
- Lawful-purpose resolution — the action resolves to a PHIPA lawful purpose (consent, circle-of-care implied consent, or statutory authorisation) before it executes; unresolved actions are refused.
- Circle-of-care boundary — an AI-assisted disclosure outside the circle of care without an explicit basis is refused.
- Access-evidence record — every PHI access emits a signed access-evidence record discharging the PHIPA electronic audit-log duty, as a KYE Evidence Pack™.
- Breach-notification readiness — a security-safeguards breach creating a real risk of significant harm is flagged for the PIPEDA s.10.1 report and the PHIPA IPC notification.
- Quarterly attestation — the accountable Health Information Custodian signs the period attestation (
kye.compliance.attestation.v1). - Replay-Proof™ — the resulting Evidence Pack™ is verifiable from public keys alone, offline.
Provisioning
The live sandbox is provisioned per tenant on pilot activation (a signed PO or paid invoice triggers access provisioning per the §27 Commercial Lifecycle). Until activation, the pilot scope, the data constraint, and the framework bindings are defined here and on the product page.
